Job Description
Stanbic IBTC Bank, a prestigious African banking institution with a 150-year legacy, is inviting applications for the position of Virtual Banker within our Africa China Banking division. This full-time role, based in Victoria Island, Lagos, requires candidates to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or a related discipline. Proficiency in Mandarin and 1-3 years of experience in operations or customer support are essential.
The Virtual Banker will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and complex inquiries while ensuring an exceptional brand experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong computer skills, a solid understanding of banking processes, effective communication abilities, and a proactive mindset toward exploring new opportunities.
