Job Description
Stanbic IBTC Bank, a prominent banking institution operating across 16 African countries, is seeking a dedicated Virtual Banker for our Africa China Banking division. The successful candidate will play a vital role in addressing customer complaints and managing complex inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive brand experience for our clients.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science or a related field. Proficiency in Mandarin and 1-3 years of experience in operations or customer support are required. A solid understanding of banking procedures and expertise in Microsoft Office are essential for this role.
