Job Description
Topnosh Global Services, a fast-growing Nigerian FinTech, seeks a Transaction Officer to support customer transactions and promote company products in Lekki. You will process and reconcile real-time transactions, maintain accurate logs and balances, protect confidential information, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Provide real-time customer assistance and product guidance
- Record, reconcile, and update transaction data
- Investigate and resolve transaction variances
Requirements: strong communication and presentation skills, multitasking and time management, residence near Lekki, availability for night and weekend shifts, an entrepreneurial mindset, teamwork, and proficient typing. Prior FinTech or e-commerce experience is a plus. Full-time, permanent role; salary ₦100,00–₦150,00 per month.
