Job Description
Checkoff Finance is seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to promote and sell our loan products via telephone. In this role, you will foster customer relationships and work diligently to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound calls to optimize lead conversion.
- Ensure customer data accuracy in our CRM and diligently follow up on leads.
- Effectively upsell and cross-sell loan products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to promote retention.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance onboarding and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND/B.Sc., with completed NYSC.
- Proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in technology.
Salary: ₦80,00/month plus commission and benefits.
