Job Description
Hikvision MEA is excited to announce an opening for a Technical Support Engineer to be based in Lagos. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance for our security product lineup, which includes IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and access control systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical challenges, delivering product training, and collaborating effectively with our sales and R&D teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of technical support experience, preferably within the security industry. A solid understanding of CCTV systems and networking principles is crucial. CCNA certification or an equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
