Position Summary: Hikvision MEA is looking for a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical assistance, support pre-sales project execution, and ensure product access compliance in designated areas.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support to both headquarters and international regions.
- Work collaboratively with local teams to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate product training sessions and assess customer requirements.
- Partner with sales teams for effective product management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of technical support experience, preferably within the security sector.
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication and writing abilities.
- Open to travel or international relocation.
