Job Description
VIRGIN FOREST ENERGY LIMITED is seeking a Station Manager to supervise operations at a fuel station in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class) in Business Administration or a related field and a minimum of three years’ experience as a filling station manager in the downstream oil and gas sector, including depot sales experience. Key competencies include negotiation, marketing, reporting, adaptability, teamwork, and strong interpersonal communication. Responsibilities encompass planning and evaluating station performance, staff management and scheduling, policy enforcement, customer issue resolution, sales growth initiatives, and implementation of customer incentive programs. This is a full-time role.
