Job Description
SWATX is seeking a dynamic Senior Execution PMO to strengthen our Project Management Office (PMO) and drive high-impact initiatives. This pivotal role demands an experienced professional to lead project management activities, enhance governance frameworks, and align projects with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will promote teamwork and adopt best practices to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project governance within the PMO.
- Establish and implement project management best practices.
- Monitor project performance and deliver strategic guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of project management experience; at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
