Job Description
Zurishaddai Recruitment Agency is on the lookout for qualified candidates for the Secretary position at a prestigious Polytechnic in Ejigbo, Alimosho – Lagos. This full-time role entails providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management, coordinating meetings efficiently, and managing essential records.
The ideal candidate should have a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies or a related field, complemented by 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and applicants must reside in or near Ejigbo.
