Job Description
Juls Homes, a reputable real estate company committed to assisting individuals and investors in acquiring premium properties in strategic locations throughout Lagos and beyond, is looking for a dynamic Salesperson. This full-time, on-site position based in Sangotedo/Ajah involves engaging in daily sales activities, identifying potential clients, delivering compelling sales presentations, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also manage client relationships and conduct market research.
Ideal candidates should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM software, and preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage.
