Job Description
Megalopis Venture is seeking a Sales Manager to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will possess industry experience in paper and paperboard and a proven record in sales strategy and team leadership.
- Responsibilities: develop and execute sales plans; set and monitor targets; lead and train the sales team; coordinate with marketing to generate leads; manage customer relationships; and promote product offerings.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; demonstrated experience in sales strategy and team management; excellent communication skills and strong customer-service focus.
- Package: company-sponsored onboarding, visa, food, and accommodation (salary excluded); 28 days annual leave with a return flight to India.
