Job Description
Talenture Group is seeking an enthusiastic and articulate Sales Associate to become part of our recruitment sales team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree along with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and prospecting potential companies
- Presenting our services effectively
- Sourcing both clients and candidates
- Managing the entire recruitment cycle
- Closing deals to drive revenue growth
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a monthly salary of NGN 150,00, along with commission and performance incentives.
