Job Description
Mutual Benefits Assurance PLC is looking for a motivated Retail Executive to join our team in Lagos. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, drive sales, and uphold store standards. This is an entry-level role that requires a Higher National Diploma (HND) or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Key responsibilities include greeting customers, meeting sales targets, managing inventory levels, operating the point-of-sale system, and ensuring store organization. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
