Job Description
Firewood Rice Nigeria seeks a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure an outstanding dining experience. This full-time role includes supervising and mentoring staff, assisting with recruitment and training, monitoring performance, addressing guest concerns, and enforcing health and safety standards. The supervisor will also oversee inventory control, cash handling, and operational compliance to support service efficiency and profitability.
Monthly salary: ₦100,00.00–₦150,00.00. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
