Job Description
Oakspring Hotel & Luxury Suites invites applications for a professional full-time Receptionist. The role involves welcoming and directing guests, answering and forwarding calls, handling mail and deliveries, maintaining a neat reception area, managing visitor logs and badges, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, ordering supplies, and performing clerical tasks such as filing and photocopying.
- Requirements: Proven reception/front-office experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with office equipment, strong verbal and written communication, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, customer-service orientation, and a professional appearance.
- Education: High school diploma required; Office Management certification is advantageous.
- Salary: ₦50,00–₦60,00 per month.
