Job Description
We seek a Facility Officer to ensure safe, efficient workplace operations. You will oversee building maintenance, coordinate vendors and contractors, schedule repairs, manage facility budgets, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and support office relocations and setups. Additional duties include asset inventory tracking, administering service contracts, and responding promptly to facility-related requests.
- Qualifications: Diploma or degree in facilities management or a related field; minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication abilities, basic MEP knowledge, familiarity with safety standards, and effective problem-solving and prioritization skills.
