Job Description
Tulips n Lilies Confectionery is searching for a committed Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our Managing Director in daily operations. Key duties will include managing the director’s calendar, composing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel logistics. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, hold a B.Sc. or an equivalent qualification, and exhibit strong organizational abilities.
Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, demonstrate confidentiality, and maintain a sharp attention to detail. A background or interest in the food, hospitality, or bakery sector is preferred.
