Job Description
Tulips n Lilies Confectionery is actively looking for a committed Bakery Manager to oversee daily operations, identify growth opportunities, and enhance staff productivity. Key responsibilities include planning and supervising bakery production, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, implementing disciplinary measures as necessary, and conducting quality control throughout the production process.
The ideal candidate will possess at least a B.Sc. degree or its equivalent, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have experience managing teams in a fast-growing environment. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, and effective leadership skills are essential for this role.
