Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pastry Chef to lead our bakery team, craft high-quality pastries, desserts, and plated presentations, and develop seasonal recipes. You will oversee daily production, maintain consistent quality, manage inventory and costing, enforce sanitation and food-safety standards, and mentor junior bakers.

• Requirements: 2+ years of professional pastry experience, strong technical skills, creativity, keen attention to detail, and availability for mornings and weekends.
• Preferred: culinary diploma and prior management experience.
