We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee the complete order processing cycle, including packaging and delivery confirmations to our customers. This role involves managing inventory, ensuring a high success rate for cash-on-delivery transactions, and collaborating closely with our warehouse team to facilitate effective product handling.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, fostering strong relationships with delivery partners, and enforcing quality control measures. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree, possess at least 3 years of e-commerce experience, exhibit strong analytical abilities, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
