Job Description
Ganfeng Lithium Industry Limited is actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lawyer to join our team as a Legal Manager. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 7 years of post-call experience. In this role, you will provide expert legal counsel, ensure compliance with mining and corporate regulations, manage contractual agreements, and advocate for the company’s interests in all legal matters.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, offering legal guidance on operational matters, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, and representing the company in various legal proceedings.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) and Barrister-at-Law (B.L) qualification, alongside a robust understanding of corporate and mining law, is essential.
