Job Description
Eden Solutions and Resources is actively seeking an experienced Supermarket Manager to lead our Abuja store’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations, upholding exceptional customer service standards, and fostering a motivated team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations, sales, and personnel management.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in supermarket or retail management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
