Job Description
We are seeking a qualified IPP Operator to monitor and operate Independent Power Plant equipment, ensuring safe and reliable power generation. Responsibilities include operating turbine and generator systems, monitoring SCADA and control systems, performing routine inspections, logging operational data, troubleshooting faults, and coordinating with maintenance teams. Candidates should possess a technical diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of power plant or industrial operations experience, and familiarity with safety procedures, SCADA, and basic electrical and mechanical systems. Strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts are required. Certification in power plant operations is a plus.
