Job Description
Firewood Rice Nigeria seeks an experienced Intercontinental Chef to manage daily food production, supervise kitchen staff, and optimize workflows. Responsibilities include training and mentoring cooks, enforcing correct equipment operation, maintaining a sanitary and organized workspace, and developing and refining recipes to ensure consistent quality. The role requires strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, routine quality inspections of ingredients and finished dishes, inventory control to reduce waste, and oversight of the kitchen budget. The successful candidate will monitor industry trends and introduce innovative culinary techniques into production.
Employment type: Full-time. Salary: ₦150,00–₦200,00 per month.
