Job Description
Silvabass Clinics and Bass Accessories is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for various aspects of HR management, including HRIS, benefits administration, and conducting onsite training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in HR management and practices
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Expertise in benefits administration and training
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
