Job Description
Excel and Grace Consulting is actively seeking a skilled HR/Admin Officer to oversee comprehensive administrative and human resource functions at our Abuja location in Nigeria. This role offers a competitive salary range of NGN 150,00 – 250,00. As the HR/Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of HR and administrative experience. Strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software, are essential for this position.
