Job Description
We are seeking an Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and social events. Duties include coordinating vendors, managing event timelines, assisting with setup and breakdown, greeting guests, handling registrations, and providing on-site logistical support. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, basic budget-tracking skills, and a customer-service mindset. Previous event or hospitality experience and familiarity with MS Office are preferred. Candidates must be available for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
