Job Description
ABX Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Lagos on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, overseeing benefits administration, and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Key responsibilities include responding to employee inquiries, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Qualifications include previous experience in human resources, proficiency in benefits administration, a solid understanding of employment law, exceptional organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
