Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head Waiter to lead our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient dining operations. The Head Waiter will supervise and train servers, manage reservations and seating, coordinate with the kitchen, handle guest inquiries and complaints, maintain service standards, and oversee opening/closing procedures and inventory control.

• Supervise and coach service staff
• Manage reservations, seating, and POS transactions
• Coordinate with kitchen and beverage teams
• Address guest concerns professionally and promptly

Qualifications: 3+ years in fine dining or busy restaurants, strong leadership and communication skills, POS proficiency, menu and beverage knowledge, flexible schedule, and the ability to perform under pressure.
