Job Description
Truffle Careers is on the lookout for a skilled and dynamic Head of School to oversee and manage all aspects of our institution located in Ibadan & Oyo State. The successful candidate will provide a strategic vision for the school, ensure academic excellence, foster staff development, and promote a positive school culture.
Key Responsibilities: Lead in accordance with the school’s vision, supervise academic programs, manage staff recruitment and evaluations, and engage with parents and the wider community.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s degree preferred), a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience (including at least 1 year in a leadership role), strong communication skills, and expertise in curriculum development.
Salary: NGN 75,00 – 150,00 (negotiable). This is a full-time position with easy application options.
