Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to define and execute our commercial strategy, build and lead a high-performing sales organization, and accelerate revenue growth across all channels.
- Responsibilities: establish sales targets, design go-to-market plans, coach and mentor sales managers, oversee key account relationships, and provide accurate forecasting and performance analysis.
- Requirements: 7+ years in sales leadership with a proven track record, strong negotiation skills, extensive CRM proficiency, strategic business acumen, and excellent verbal and written communication.
