Job Description
Zylus Group seeks an experienced Group Chief Operating Officer to lead execution of group strategy across Real Estate, Financial Services, and Support Services subsidiaries. The COO will set and monitor group-wide KPIs and dashboards, strengthen governance and regulatory compliance for regulated entities, and oversee operational risk management and process optimization.
- Drive digital transformation, systems integration, and automation.
- Support project delivery, service quality, and cost optimization.
- Provide operational oversight, coach and manage subsidiary Managing Directors and Heads of Operations, and represent the Group in regulatory and external forums.
