Job Description
About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Grants and Fundraising Officer to join our team at EvolvateHR. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify and secure grant opportunities, supported by strong research and communication skills.
Responsibilities include researching potential grants from government agencies, foundations, and donors; preparing and submitting proposals in accordance with funder guidelines; collaborating with stakeholders to collect necessary information; maintaining a database of funding opportunities and deadlines; and cultivating relationships with funders to enhance future prospects.
Qualifications: Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess at least 1 year of experience in grant applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and grant management software is advantageous.
