Job Description
Workpedia Africa Ltd is in search of a highly qualified Project Manager with a solid foundation in civil engineering to lead construction projects on Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be tasked with ensuring that projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and adhere to established quality standards.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Salary: ₦200,00 Monthly
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects.
- Supervise teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines diligently.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Must reside in or be able to commute to Victoria Island.
