Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Finance Operations Manager to maintain accurate accounting records, deliver actionable financial analysis, and oversee daily finance operations for a growing internet company. Responsibilities include maintaining management accounts, producing weekly income and expense reports, managing cash, receivables and inventory reconciliation, funding operational budgets, and coordinating with tax consultants, auditors, banks, and vendors.
Preferred experience:
- 3+ years in finance with strong accounting and data-analysis skills
- Advanced spreadsheet expertise and proficiency in accounting software and automation (e.g., Zapier, Zoho)
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and tax filing
