Job Description
Myafrimall Logistics, an independent customs broker, is committed to meeting all customs clearance requirements for imports and exports. We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team located in River II, Trade Fair – Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with clients.
- Accurately address customer inquiries.
- Conduct inspections and report any defects.
- Organize records of customer interactions.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in Igbo is an advantage.
