Job Description
Myafrimall Logistics Limited, an international freight company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this full-time position, based in Ogba, Lagos (Remote), you will be the point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellent service.
Your responsibilities will include establishing effective communication, responding to inquiries, conducting inspections, tracking shipments, and preparing shipping documents.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree or HND with 2-3 years of customer support experience, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The offered salary is N130,00 gross.
