Job Description
Adron Homes, a premier Real Estate and Property Development Company, is actively seeking a motivated Commission Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Ibadan, Oyo State. In this full-time, on-site position, you will be tasked with promoting and selling our affordable real estate properties tailored for low to medium-income earners.
The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional sales, marketing, and negotiation skills, along with a strong customer service mindset. Excellent communication abilities and a drive to exceed sales targets are essential. While prior experience in real estate sales is advantageous, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.
