Job Description
O’La Kleen Holdings Limited is searching for a committed Client Service Officer to become a vital part of our team. In this position, your responsibilities will include:
1. Client Communication: Assisting clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions, delivering prompt and accurate information.
2. Issue Resolution: Addressing client concerns and resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy.
3. Documentation: Keeping precise records of client interactions, transactions, and resolution outcomes.
