Job Description
We are in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead our technical strategy at our expanding technology firm. The CTO will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our technological frameworks are in alignment with business goals while maintaining scalability, reliability, and security.
Key Responsibilities: Formulate and implement technical strategies, manage technical resources effectively, identify opportunities for innovation, lead the engineering team, conduct data analysis, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 6 years in executive leadership roles, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential.
