Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee salon operations. Responsibilities include daily management, staff scheduling and coaching, budgeting, inventory and cost control, POS oversight, marketing and promotions, client service excellence, and performance reporting. Candidates must have 3+ years in salon or retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, proven budgeting experience, and familiarity with POS systems. The ideal candidate is results-driven, organized, and passionate about the beauty industry.
