Job Description
The Business Development Manager at Erecruiter will drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, partnerships, and high-value sales initiatives. You will identify, qualify, and convert leads; develop targeted sales plans; expand into new markets; and manage the sales pipeline and forecasts. Maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, oversee onboarding, and act as a trusted advisor. Own revenue targets, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams. Lead proposal and pitch efforts, oversee proposal development, and present clear, compelling value propositions.
- Requirements: proven sales leadership, experience mentoring high-performing teams, expert negotiation skills, and exceptional communication for relationship management.
