Job Description
Agatha Legal, a leading law firm based in Lagos, Nigeria, is looking for a dedicated full-time Associate to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will undertake a variety of legal responsibilities, including offering legal counsel, drafting essential documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
Applicants should possess strong legal research, writing, and drafting capabilities, along with experience in litigation and dispute resolution. A sound knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property, and tax law is crucial. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and a valid legal practicing license. Experience in property management and family law will be considered an added advantage.
