Job Description
ELVARIDAH is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. In this role, you will address inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage both inbound and outbound communication through calls, emails, and chats. A comprehensive understanding of our products and services is essential to ensure accurate information is delivered.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 3-5 years of related experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with CRM software, and the ability to multitask under pressure. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a team environment, we want to hear from you!
