Job Description
Bayshore Technologies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Network Surveillance Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing outages, maintaining communication with Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and Network Support Specialists (NSS), and creating timely reports for management and clients. Your role will involve monitoring site issues related to diesel levels and effectively addressing client escalations.
Qualifications include a Higher National Diploma or BSc, experience in a NOC or technical support role, knowledge of networking protocols, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities. This is an entry-level full-time position with a salary range of ₦80,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month.
