Job Description
We are seeking a disciplined Chef de Partie to oversee a designated kitchen section and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes. Responsibilities include preparing and plating menu items to exacting standards, supervising junior cooks, managing stock and inventory, and upholding food safety protocols in line with HACCP.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a similar role, excellent knife skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to perform creatively under pressure within a fast-paced team environment.
