Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead, Maintenance and Safety to oversee preventive maintenance and ensure regulatory compliance across our outlets. The role requires strong coordination, vendor management, and hands-on support for facility operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen appliances
- Conduct inspections, coordinate repairs, and manage vendors and contracts
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations
- Train staff on safety procedures, control facility budget, and monitor utilities/cost-saving measures
- Respond to emergencies and support refurbishments and new outlet setups
Employment: Full-time. Salary: ₦120,00–₦150,00/month. Location: In person.
