Job Description
Firewood Rice Nigeria seeks a full-time Pastry Chef to prepare and bake restaurant-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods. The role requires attractive plating, ensuring correct serving temperatures, creating daily and weekly specials, assisting with event orders, and maintaining consistent flavor and texture.
- Maintain and update recipe cards; collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and cost management.
- Monitor, label, and rotate ingredient stock; reduce waste through planning and portion control.
- Maintain a clean, HACCP-compliant workstation; sanitize tools and surfaces; coordinate timely dessert delivery with the main kitchen; train pastry assistants.
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦150,00/month. Work Location: In person.
