Job Description
Myafrimall Logistics, a dedicated independent customs broker, is actively seeking a Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Sangotedo, Lagos. This is a full-time position focused on providing exceptional solutions for all customs clearance needs, including import and export.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for promoting our logistics and real estate services, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, developing marketing strategies to attract new clients, following up on leads to close deals, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor’s Degree along with 2-3 years of relevant customer service experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in technology are essential.
Salary: The monthly compensation ranges from N150,00 to N170,00, with opportunities for growth available.
