Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Bakery Manager to oversee and evaluate daily operations. Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, managing staff, planning and supervising bakery production, ensuring quality control, and enforcing company policies.
The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc. or equivalent degree and possess a minimum of 2 years of management experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and effective team leadership are essential. Preference will be given to candidates residing near the bakery.
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of ₦170,00.00 per month. The expected start date is March 17, 2025.
